Monday night Men’s and Women’s Ministry!

Men, will meet at the church and the women will meet at Pastor Matthew and Kathy’s home.

Wed. Night Praise and Prayer

Wed. at 7:00pm we will come together for a time of fellowship and prayer. Our fellowship will consist of discussing a devotional approach to a passage of scripture then come before the Thorne of Grace in intercession for the needs of our families, church and community. Set aside this hour for a time of obedience to the Lord in corporate prayer!

Thursday Basketball!

Several show up every Thursday at 4:15 at the ELM Community Center here in town to play basketball. This is open to anyone, young or “old” male or female! It is a time of good exercise and downright fun! For more information, see Jeff Newell or Jim Wallace.

The New Facility!

There is much more work to be done but our desire is to be in this facility by next winter. For that to happen, we need to raise at least $25,000.00 or more if possible. Below is the weekly statement of the church’s tithes and offerings that were received the previous week. Please pray as to how the Lord would have you participate in the building project!

The budget for the church is $1786.96 per week.

Last week’s tithes and offerings were: $1651.30

GCF received a grant of $10,000.00 last week from the Vanguard Charitable Endowment program. This is going to go towards new roofing material for the building. The above figures are YOUR giving to the building project. This grant is not reflected in the figures above.
